About Frat’s Cucina: Frat’s first location opened up on Labour Day weekend 2018. It’s an elegant, sophisticated, and feminine dining experience. Their menu is inspired by Italy’s best pizzas, cheese and charcuterie platters. They only carry the best Italian and locally sourced fresh ingredients to cultivate Chef Ruben’s dishes.
Brand Aesthetic and Colors: The owners wanted to incorporate varied backgrounds and textures, white tiling, and sleek marble, to lay down a neutral foundation. Their goal was integrate pops of pastel pink throughout the space, to keep a consistent restaurant palette. Frat’s has a one of a kind custom pink pizza oven – pop by and check it out.
Hamilton Proud: Hamilton’s food scene has just blown up on King Williams St. and Frat’s wanted to contribute to Hamilton’s elevated culinary experience. They were certain that Hamilton was a place where they could thrive by welcoming younger generations into their premium upscale kitchen. They are happy to be part of Hamilton’s booming creative scene for music, food, and media!
